Toasted sesame boule — lots and lots of toasted white sesame seeds mix into a light wheat-rye dough along with a bit of sesame oil and then gets topped with even more sesame for an easy eating crowd pleasing bread

Caramelized onion + buckwhweat boule — ribbons of caramelized onion mix into a wheat-rye dough along with lots of toasted buckwheat groats for a savory, full-flavored bread good for hearty sandwiching

Seedy rugbrød – a Danish style whole grain rye brick bread with sunflower, pumpkin, flax, sesame & caraway seeds plus buckwheat groats and just a bit of dark molasses
