Seeded wheat boule  —  roasted sunflower & flax seeds mix into a wheat dough for this satisfying blue house staple

Hungry Ghost country boule  —  toasted rolled rye mixes into a wheat-rye dough along with Yellow Springs Brewery Imperial Stout and topped with white sesame seeds

Valli rye  –  an Estonian style 100% whole grain rye brick with rolled oats, a bit of barley malt syrup, and spiced with toasted caraway, coriander, and fennel seeds
