Saturday February 14:

Seeded wheat boule  —  roasted sunflower & flax seeds mix into a wheat dough for this satisfying blue house staple

Toasted sesame boule  —  lots & lots of toasted sesame seeds mix into a light wheat dough and is topped with even more sesame seeds for an easy eating crowd pleasing bread

Schwarzbrot  —  50% whole grain rye + 50% whole grain wheat mix together for this German brick bread along with lots of roasted sunflower & pumpkin seeds and a generous amount of honey for this 19th century recipe

Seed & nut mini or full-size [gluten free]:  —  oats mix with roasted sunflower + pumpkin seeds, roasted nuts, flax + chia seeds, extra virgin olive oil, maple syrup, psyllium husk and sea salt to make a dense full flavored loaf rich in protein that just happens to be gluten free

Alpine rye boule  —  an everyday light rye gently spiced with ground caraway & coriander for a breadf inspired by loaves baked on the slopes of the Austrian Alps

Steel cut oatmeal sandwich bread  –  a porridge of steel cut oats mixes into a light wheat dough for an easy eating, easy slicing sandwich bread

Brown rice + adzuki bean pan bread  —  sprouted brown rice & adzuki beans cook together in a kombucha shiitake dashi until soft, then mix into a wheat-rye dough for a hearty and robust multigrain bread with earthy sweet umami undertones
