Saturday February 7:

Seeded wheat boule  —  roasted sunflower & flax seeds mix into a wheat dough for this satisfying blue house staple

Cabbage + dill + caraway boule  —  sautéed sweet winter cabbage mixes into a wheat-rye dough along with lots of fresh dill and toasted caraway seeds for a savory & satisfying bread

Hart everyday rugbrød  –  a Danish style 100% whole grain rye brick with cooked rye berries for texture, sunflower & flax seeds for nuttiness, and fermented red rye malt for a chocolate-coffee taste. a very versatile Northern European dark bread
