Saturday January 17:

Seeded wheat boule  —  roasted sunflower & flax seeds mix into a wheat dough for this satisfying blue house staple

Toasted sesame boule  —  lots & lots of toasted sesame seeds mix into a light wheat dough and a bit of dark sesame oil and gets topped with even more sesame seeds for an easy eating favorite
$10

Borodinsky rye  —  a Russian style whole grain rye brick enhanced with the chocolate-coffee tones of fermented red rye malt and accompanied by the bright notes of coriander

Seed & nut mini or full-size [gluten free]:  —  oats mix with roasted sunflower + pumpkin seeds, roasted nuts, flax + chia seeds, extra virgin olive oil, maple syrup, psyllium husk and sea salt to make a dense full flavored loaf rich in protein that just happens to be gluten free

Wheat-rye w/caraway boule  —  my version of an american style deli rye, more heavy on the whole grain wheat & rye for added depth and nutrition, but styles with the familiar flavor of toasted caraway seeds

Raisin + carrot + cumin boule  —  sweet raisins and earthy carrots mix into a wheat-rye dough enhanced with the citrus bite and heady aroma of just a bit of toasted cumin spice

Yogurt sandwich  –  fresh stone milled spelt and red fife winter wheat mix with creamy tangy yogurt and a touch of local honey and bakes in bread pans for that classic sandwich shape

Steel cut oatmeal sandwich bread  –  a porridge of steel cut oats mixes into a light wheat dough for an easy eating, easy slicing sandwich bread

Buckwheat rye honey walnut pan bread  —  buckwheat flour and toasted buckwheat groats mix into a rye-wheat dough along with lots of roasted walnuts and a generous amount of honey for a unique robust bread with plenty of satisfying chew and buckwheat power
