Saturday December 6:

Seeded wheat boule  —  roasted sunflower & flax seeds mix into a wheat dough for this satisfying blue house staple

Sweet potato + sesame boule  —  roasted & mashed sweet potato mixes into a light wheat dough along with a bit of toasted sesame seeds for a taste of the season

Borodinsky rye  –  a whole grain rye brick from Russia enriched with fermented red rye malt and dark molasses for a distinctive black bread taste

Seed & nut mini or full-size [gluten free]:  —  oats mix with roasted sunflower + pumpkin seeds, roasted nuts, flax + chia seeds, extra virgin olive oil, maple syrup, psyllium husk and sea salt to make a dense full flavored loaf rich in protein that just happens to be gluten free
