Buckwheat + fresh herb boule — toasted buckwheat groats mix into a wheat-rye dough along with lots of fresh minced herbs - parsley for sure, and dill, watercress and maybe even mint if I can find them

Pölzelbauer vollkornbrot – this 100% whole grain rye brick from Austria is dense, chewy and full of texture provided by cracked rye berries and raw sunflower & pumpkin seeds, the most sour bread in the lineup is balanced with a bit of barley malt syrup. if there are enough orders, will flow over to sunday too.
