Saturday November 15:

Seeded wheat boule  —  roasted sunflower & flax seeds mix into a wheat dough for this satisfying blue house staple

Caramelized onion + walnut + miso boule  —  ribbons of sweet caramelized onion and roasted crunchy walnuts mix into a wheat-rye dough along with awase miso for plenty of umami depth creating a savory, full-flavored bread experience

Hart everyday rugbrød  –  a 100% whole grain rye brick from Denmark with raw sunflower & flax seeds plus cooked rye berries for extra chew and a bit of sweetness and fermented red rye malt for that characteristic chocolate coffee flavor

Seed & nut mini or full-size [gluten free]:  —  oats mix with roasted sunflower + pumpkin seeds, roasted nuts, flax + chia seeds, extra virgin olive oil, maple syrup, psyllium husk and sea salt to make a dense full flavored loaf rich in protein that just happens to be gluten free

Sprouted brown rice boule  –  sprouted & cooked brown rice mixes into a wheat dough for a hearty chewy bread featuring the mild, nutty, sweet, and comforting flavor of brown rice, makes excellent toast

Raisin + cinnamon boule  —  lots & lots of sweet bits & bites of raisins mix into a wheat-rye dough along with just the right amount of ground cinnamon for this breakfast bread stalwart.

Yogurt sandwich  –  fresh stone milled spelt and red fife winter wheat mix with creamy tangy yogurt and a touch of local honey and bakes in bread pans for that classic sandwich shape

Whole wheat oat & honey sandwich bread  –  golden toasted rolled oats mix into a whole wheat dough along with a generous pour of honey for this comforting cozy sandwich bread great for pbj

Maple + pecan pan bread  –  lots and lots of roasted pecans mix into a wheat-rye-spelt dough along with a generous pour of maple syrup. not so much a sweet bread, but the buttery pecans and syrup make for a delectably rich snacking bread.

Blue house boule or cutie  –  the everyday bread, made from an ever evolving blend of fresh stone-milled wheat, spelt, rye and kernza flours
