Saturday November 8:

Seeded wheat boule  —  roasted sunflower & flax seeds mix into a wheat dough for this satisfying blue house staple

Kalamata olive boule  —  lots and lots of black & briny chopped Kalamata olives mix into a wheat-rye dough along with a bit of extra virgin olive oil for an olive lovers delight
$12

Borodinsky rye  —  a Russian whole grain rye brick enhanced with the coffee-chocolate tones of fermented red rye malt, spiced with toasted coriander, and balanced with dark molasses
$12

Seed & nut mini or full-size [gluten free]:  —  oats mix with roasted sunflower + pumpkin seeds, roasted nuts, flax + chia seeds, extra virgin olive oil, maple syrup, psyllium husk and sea salt to make a dense full flavored loaf rich in protein that just happens to be gluten free

Sunday November 9:

Wheat-rye w/caraway boule  —  an everyday rye loaf, something like a deli rye, but with more whole wheat & rye flour in the blend, and spiced with toasted caraway seeds for that classic flavor

Apple cider boule  —  Peifer Orchard apple cider is used in place of water to mix a wheat-rye dough and then lots of bits & bites of house made dried dried apple blends in for a taste of the season

Yogurt sandwich  –  fresh stone milled spelt and red fife winter wheat mix with creamy tangy yogurt and a touch of local honey and bakes in bread pans for that classic sandwich shape

Steel cut oatmeal sandwich bread  –  a porridge of steel cut oats mixes into a light wheat dough for an easy eating, easy slicing sandwich bread

Owl porridge pan bread  —  a cooked mush of oats, barley & buckwheat mix into a whole wheat dough along with roasted sunflower & flax seeds for a hearty, full flavored multigrain bread

Blue house boule or cutie  —  the everyday bread, made from an ever evolving blend of fresh stone-milled wheat, spelt, rye and kernza flours
