Seeded wheat boule — roasted sunflower & flax seeds mix into a wheat dough for this satisfying blue house staple

Hungry Ghost country boule — toasted rolled rye flakes soaked in stout beer mix into a wheat-rye dough and the top is topped with white sesame seeds, adapted from a recipe from Hungry Host Bread in Northampton, MA

Pölzelbauer vollkornbrot – a 100% whole grain rye brick from Austria with a decidedly sour tang with lots of raw sunflower & pumpkin seeds mixed-in and just a bit of barley malt syrup; will also make on sunday and monday if there are enough orders
