Saturday October 18:

Seeded wheat boule  —  roasted sunflower & flax seeds mix into a wheat dough for this satisfying blue house staple

Kalamata olive boule  —  black & briny chopped Kalamata olives mix into a wheat-rye dough along with a bit of extra virgin olive oil for a favorite of olive lovers
$12

Hart miso rugbrød  –  a Danish syle 100% whole gran rye brick with sunflower & flax seeds and enriched with savory miso and the heady aroma of red rye malt. if there are enough orders, this bread will also be made on sunday and possibly monday

Seed & nut mini or full-size [gluten free]:  —  oats mix with roasted sunflower + pumpkin seeds, roasted nuts, flax + chia seeds, extra virgin olive oil, maple syrup, psyllium husk and sea salt to make a dense full flavored loaf rich in protein that just happens to be gluten free

Barley + flax boule  –  pillow soft cooked barley berries mix into a wheat-spelt-rye dough along with a handful of flax seeds for a hearty everyday bread suitable for any application. an homage to the commodity crops of Ukraine.

Cranberry + pecan boule  —  sweet & tart dried cranberries mix into a wheat-spelt dough along with plenty of roasted pecans for a fun flavored change to your morning bread routine

Yogurt sandwich  –  fresh stone milled spelt and red fife winter wheat mix with creamy tangy yogurt and a touch of local honey and bakes in bread pans for that classic sandwich shape

Steel cut oatmeal sandwich bread  –  a cooked porridge of steel cut oats mixes into a light wheat dough for a mild and comforting, easy eating sandwich bread. unlike other loaves, these are ready around noon

Buckwheat rye walnut honey pan bread  –  toasted buckwheat groats and buckwheat flour mix into a rye-wheat dough along with roasted walnuts and honey for this dense & delicious robust flavored snacking bread

Blue house boule or cutie  –  the everyday bread, made from an ever evolving blend of fresh stone-milled wheat, spelt, rye and kernza flours
