Seeded wheat boule  —  roasted sunflower & flax seeds mix into a wheat dough for this satisfying blue house staple

Kalamata olive boule  —  chopped black & briny Kalamata olives mix into a wheat-rye dough along with a pour of extra virgin olive oil for an olive lover's favorite

Pölzelbauer vollkornbrot  –  a 100% whole grain rye brick from Austria with a decidedly sour tang with lots of raw sunflower & pumpkin seeds mixed-in and just a bit of barley malt syrup
