Seeded wheat boule — roasted sunflower & flax seeds mix into a wheat dough for this satisfying blue house staple

Borodinsky rye – a whole grain rye brick from Russia, featuring the chocolate coffee like taste imparted by fermented red rye malt, the added depth of dark molasses and the citrus spice zing of coriander
