Saturday August 9:

Seeded wheat boule  —  roasted sunflower & flax seeds mix into a wheat dough for this satisfying blue house staple

Toasted sesame boule  —  handfuls of toasted white sesame mix into a light wheat dough for an easy eating crowd pleasing everyday bread
$10

Hart miso rugbrød  –  awase miso and fermented red rye malt mix into this 100% whole grain rye brick along with sunflower & flax seeds and cooked rye berries for an umami rich chewy pleasure

Seed & nut mini or full-size [gluten free]:  —  oats mix with roasted sunflower + pumpkin seeds, roasted nuts, flax + chia seeds, extra virgin olive oil, maple syrup, psyllium husk and sea salt to make a dense full flavored loaf rich in protein that just happens to be gluten free
