Saturday July 5:

Seeded wheat boule  —  roasted sunflower & flax seeds mix into a wheat dough for this satisfying blue house staple
$10

Nixtamalized blue corn boule  —  nixtamalized ground blue corn mixes into a wheat dough for a bread highlighted with that recognizable and comforting flavor of corn cooked right
$12

Valli rye  –  an Estonian style whole grain rye brick with rolled oat, spiced with caraway + coriander + fennel seeds and balanced with a touch of barley malt syrup
$10

Seed & nut mini or full-size [gluten free]:  —  oats mix with roasted sunflower + pumpkin seeds, roasted nuts, flax + chia seeds, extra virgin olive oil, maple syrup, psyllium husk and sea salt to make a dense full flavored loaf rich in protein that just happens to be gluten free

Barley berry + flax boule  –  pillowy soft cooked barley berries mix into a a wheat-spelt dough along with just a bit of flax seeds for a hearty everyday bread

Raisin + walnut boule  —  sweet raisins marry with roasted walnuts in a wheat-rye dough for a breakfast classic

Yogurt sandwich  –  fresh stone milled spelt and red fife winter wheat mix with creamy tangy yogurt and a touch of local honey and bakes in bread pans for that classic sandwich shape

Whole wheat oat & honey sandwich aka WWOH  –  a wholesome hippy whole grain wheat sandwich bread with lots of toasted oats and honey mixed-in and topped with honey & oats

Maple pecan pan bread  –  roasted pecans mix into a wheat-rye-spelt dough along with a generous pour of maple syrup

Blue house boule or cutie  –  the everyday bread, made from an ever evolving blend of fresh stone-milled wheat, spelt and rye flours
