Saturday June 7:

Seeded wheat boule —  a medium wheat bread festooned with roasted sunflower and flax seeds and baked with sunflower seeds on top

Caramelized onion + miso + sesame boule  —  ribbons of sweet caramelized onion, toasted sesame seeds and savory miso mix into a wheat-rye dough for a robust flavored loaf
$10

Valli rye  –  an Estonian style 100% whole grain rye brick with oats, balanced with a hint of barley malt syrup, and gently spiced with freshly toasted caraway, coriander & fennel seeds

Seed & nut mini or full-size [gluten free]:  —  oats mix with roasted sunflower + pumpkin seeds, roasted nuts, flax + chia seeds, extra virgin olive oil, maple syrup, psyllium husk and sea salt to make a dense full flavored loaf rich in protein that just happens to be gluten free

Toasted oat  –  roasty toasty rolled oats mix into a wheat-spelt dough for a hearty comforting easy eating everyday bread

All the fruit boule  —  dried apricots, plums, raisins, cranberries, blueberries & cherries all mix-into a wheat-spelt dough for this weekend's celebration of the fruit I can get into a loaf of bread

Yogurt sandwich  –  fresh stone milled spelt and red fife winter wheat mix with creamy tangy yogurt and a touch of local honey and bakes in bread pans for that classic sandwich shape

Whole wheat oat & honey sandwich aka WWOH  –  a wholesome hippy whole grain wheat sandwich bread with lots of toasted oats and honey mixed-in and topped with honey & oats

Buckwheat walnut honey bread  –  roasted buckwheat groats and roasted walnuts mix into a rye-wheat-buckwheat dough enriched with honey for a dense & bold loaf with a soft tight crumb. a treat for buckwheat lovers.

Blue house boule or cutie  –  the everyday bread, made from an ever evolving blend of fresh stone-milled wheat, spelt and rye flours
