Seeded wheat boule — a medium wheat bread festooned with roasted sunflower and flax seeds and baked with sunflower seeds on top

Kalamata olive boule — chopped black & briny Kalamata olives mix into a medium wheat-rye dough along with a bit of extra virgin olive oil for this weekend's special loaf

Valli rye – an Estonian style whole grain rye brick with a bit of oats and gently spiced with ground caraway, coriander & fennel
