Saturday May 10:

Seeded wheat boule —  a medium wheat bread festooned with roasted sunflower and flax seeds and baked with sunflower seeds on top

Nixtamalized yellow corn boule  —  ground nixtamalized yellow corn mixes into a wheat dough for this wekeend's spcial loaf, a hearty bread with a unique robust corn flavor

Schwarzbrot  –  a German style whole grain brick that's half wheat & half rye with lots of roasted sunflower & pumpkin seeds and a generous pour of honey [if there are enough orders production will spread to sunday and possibly monday]

Seed & nut mini or full-size [gluten free]:  —  oats mix with roasted sunflower + pumpkin seeds, roasted nuts, flax + chia seeds, extra virgin olive oil, maple syrup, psyllium husk and sea salt to make a dense full flavored loaf rich in protein that just happens to be gluten free

Sprouted brown rice + nori boule  –  cooked sprouted organic brown rice and crumbled toasted nori mixes into a medium wheat dough for a hearty everyday bread with an extra moist grainy sweet satisfying chew and umami seaweed highlight

Cranberry + pecan boule  –  sweet & tart dried cranberries mix into a wheat-spelt dough along with lots of roasted pecans for this weekend's fruited selection

Yogurt sandwich  –  fresh stone milled spelt and red fife winter wheat mix with creamy tangy yogurt and a touch of local honey and bakes in bread pans for that classic sandwich shape

Whole wheat oat & honey sandwich aka WWOH  –  a wholesome hippy whole grain wheat sandwich bread with lots of toasted oats and honey mixed-in and topped with honey & oats

Potato yogurt rye cumin pan bread  –  smashed russet potatoes mix into a rye-wheat dough mixed with a tangy yogurt and added toasted cumin seeds for a bit of zing

Blue house boule or cutie  –  the everyday bread, made from an ever evolving blend of fresh stone-milled wheat, spelt and rye flours
$6 for 700g cuties / $8 for 950g boules
